What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In short: only what you send us, and we never sell it.

This policy explains how Battr Sweets(“Battr”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through battrsweets.com. It covers this website only — not our in-store point-of-sale system, and not third-party ordering or delivery platforms, which run under their own policies.
Information you give us. Our contact, catering, franchising and careers forms ask for your name, email address and phone number, plus whatever you write in the message box. The catering form also asks about your event — type, guest count, date and venue. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you. We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this. Both set cookies and both share data with their providers.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it. We share it only with the services that make this site work:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Ours are set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though our view of how it is used becomes incomplete. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal — there is still no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not respond to it.
Form submissions stay in our email and in our agency’s dashboard for as long as we may need them to serve you and keep our business records. Analytics data is retained on Google’s and Meta’s standard schedules. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Write to us at operations@battrsweets.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ohio does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute, but we will honour these requests whoever you are and wherever you live. If you opted into anything, you can opt back out at any time.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we keep the number of places your information travels to as small as we can.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
