These terms govern your use of battrsweets.com, operated by Battr Sweets. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
We keep the menu on this site matched to the boards in our shops, but items sell out and recipes change. Prices and availability shown here are for guidance and may differ from what you find in store on the day. The price charged at the counter is the price that applies. Seasonal and limited items may disappear without notice on this page.
Our kitchens handle milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, and our waffles, crepes and gelato are prepared in shared equipment. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from any allergen, and descriptions on this site are not a substitute for asking us.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to staff before you order. We would much rather answer the question than get it wrong.
Our contact, catering, franchising and careers forms are ways to start a conversation. Submitting one does not create a booking, a reservation, a job offer or a contract of any kind, and no event is confirmed until we have agreed it with you directly in writing. Catering pricing is quoted per event — any figure discussed before we have your final details is an estimate, not an offer.
The text, photography, logo and design on this site belong to Battr Sweets or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Copying our photography or copy for another business, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something, is not permitted without our written consent.
We link out to press coverage, map listings, social profiles and delivery platforms. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.
We work to keep hours, addresses and menu details correct, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or current at every moment — holiday hours in particular can change at short notice. If a visit depends on us being open, please call ahead. We also do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Battr Sweets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
